I work with Teens, Adults, and Couples, with a variety of client issues including Trauma, Domestic abuse, historic childhood/and adult sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, parental alienation, bereavement, bullying, family Issues, OCD, PTSD, relationship Issues, self-esteem, self-harm, Suicidal ideation, separation and divorce, sexuality, stress, work-related issues, attachment styles.

Sessions are usually weekly for a therapeutic hour.
I offer both short and long-term therapy. All sessions are confidential and take place in a secure and safe environment. I am happy to discuss the frequency of sessions to meet individual needs. As a person-centred/Trauma-Informed Attachment-based therapist I work holistically, integrating the main approaches to counselling practice including CBT, Trauma-informed therapy, attachment theory, humanistic person-centred counselling, and Psychodynamic Counselling.

Counselling Fees
From 01//08/2024
Individual counselling - From £90 (50 minutes)
Couples Counselling - From £120 (60 mins)
Initially, I will send you a client intake form to be completed and returned. This helps me ascertain how we may work together. Thereafter we schedule meetings. The meeting duration is a therapeutic hour.
I also offer a series of half-hour mentorship appointments thereafter, tailored for you.
Home visits are available.
ORGANISATIONS
Counselling for organisations - £300 PH
Training for organisations £300 PH
Please note that I have a 48 hr cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel an appointment please give a full 48 hours' notice or you will be asked to pay the cost of the missed session. In cases of sudden illness or genuine emergency within the 48-hour period, I will waive 50% of the session fee. Please pay by cash or bank transfer.
My fees are reviewed annually.
