My name is India Gill, and I specialise in psychodynamic attachment-based counselling providing psychological care that is rooted in trauma-informed therapy.
I commit to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward towards where you want to be in your life. Through attachment-based counselling, I help individuals heal, gain insights, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a plan with you, all while ensuring a trauma-informed therapy approach that emphasises your psychological care.

Based in the UK, I provide attachment-based counselling and psychological care internationally, working with Teens, Adults, and Couples facing a variety of client issues. These include trauma, domestic abuse, historic childhood and adult sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, parental alienation, bereavement, bullying, family issues, OCD, PTSD, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, separation and divorce, sexuality, stress, work-related issues, and attachment styles. I also emphasise trauma-informed therapy and undertake inner child work.
Sessions for psychological care are typically held weekly for a therapeutic hour. I provide both short and long-term therapy options, ensuring that all sessions are confidential and conducted in a secure, safe environment. I'm open to discussing the frequency of sessions to align with individual needs. As an attachment-based counselling therapist, I take a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, working holistically by integrating key methods such as CBT, trauma-informed therapy, attachment theory, humanistic person-centred counselling, and psychodynamic counselling. My practice also emphasises inclusivity and cultural awareness.
I am a person-centred counsellor (MBACP) specialising in attachment-based counselling and trauma-informed therapy.

I work with a select number of clients who are committed to meaningful change and value a thoughtful, discreet, and results-focused approach. My practice combines deep therapeutic expertise with a personalised experience designed to meet your unique needs.
I offer a range of options to suit individual circumstances, and my fees reflect the time we spend together as well as the energy, expertise, and resources I invest to support you beyond each session. Home visits are available.
Standard Rate: From £110 per 50-minute session for individual clients.
Concessionary Rate: A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available at £90 per 50-minute session. These are offered at my discretion and may involve a waiting list.
Premium Service: For clients seeking a highly personalised experience, I reserve a small number of priority-access spaces each year. This service is ideal for those who require priority scheduling and same-week availability, extended or immersive sessions, personalised resources, and between-session support, as well as complete confidentiality and discretion (as with all clients). Fees for the premium service are tailored to your specific requirements and agreed upon in advance. Please contact me directly to discuss availability and explore the right approach for you.

Initially, I will send you a client intake form to be completed and returned. This process helps me ascertain how we may work together. After that, we will schedule meetings, each lasting a therapeutic hour. I also offer a series of half-hour mentorship appointments tailored for you. Home visits are available.
Please note that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel an appointment, please provide a full 48 hours' notice; otherwise, you will be asked to pay for the missed session. In cases of sudden illness or genuine emergency within the 48-hour period, I will waive 50% of the session fee. Payments are accepted via cash or bank transfer. (My fees are reviewed annually.)
