I help individuals heal, gain insights and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a plan for you.
I work with a variety of clients and issues including abuse, anxiety, parental alienation, bereavement,bullying, depression, family Issues, OCD, PTSD, relationship Issues, self esteem , self harm, separation and divorce, sexuality, stress, trauma, work related issues.

Sessions are usually weekly for an hour.
I offer both short and long term therapy. All sessions are confidential and take place in a secure and safe environment, I am happy to discuss frequency of sessions to meet individual needs. As an Integrative Counsellor I work with the main approaches to counselling practice including CBT, Humanistic Person Centred counselling and Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

My experience and skill as an Integrative counsellor enables me to offer effective person centred , psychological care. I am able to help with a number of psychological challenges, and provide a neutral, confidential space to individuals, families, and couples.
Initially I will send you a client intake form to be completed and returned. This helps me ascertain how we may work together. Thereafter we schedule meetings. Meeting duration is usually for an hour.
I also offer a series of half hour mentorship appointments thereafter, tailored for you.
